The Private Investigation Division performs hundreds of civil and criminal investigations annually throughout the United States and internationally. Our staff of private investigators are former members of major law enforcement agencies, and Department of Defense Counterintelligence Organizations. We bring a level of expertise that is unparalleled. Staff investigators have been qualified as expert witnesses in state and federal courts.  They are responsible for the hundreds of cases that are conducted each year. These cases include industrial, espionage, terrorism, homicide, theft, and other serious crimes. The Premier Group's private investigations have been featured on television and the printed media. Our firm was responsible for the arrest and conviction of the first industrial spy in Arizona.

Forensic accounting/fraud investigations are performed by experts in the field of forensic accounting, question documents, polygraph, and interview/ interrogation experts.  When we perform a fraud investigation, we are using the same tools law enforcement agencies utilize, i.e., criminal investigators, forensic accountants, question document examiners, and polygraph examiners.  They maintain membership in the Association of Certified Fraud Investigators, Association of Forensic Document Examiners, American College of Forensic Examiners, and the  Forensic Society.

The private investigation staff has state-of-the-art equipment that utilizes infrared visual systems, GPS vehicular tracking devices, polygraph, voice analysis, forensic evidence recovery devices, eavesdropping detection, forensic pathology, toxicology, and array of advanced technology that enables us to perform at the level of major law enforcement agencies.
